The Starling mall is a new mall in town which branded themselves as the eco & lifestyle mall. It has two parks, one in-door and one outdoor park. The outdoor park, known at The Chirp Park is located just outside of the mall entrance. Spread across more than 27 square feet, it features a meandering brook and a bird nest sculpture. The indoor park, which known as Sky Park location on Level 5 allow shopper to have a panoramic view of surroundings.
